French Toast

Ingredients

8 thick slices bread

5 eggs

3 Tbs sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 cup light cream

2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Trim crusts from bread and place in single layer in non-reactive baking dish. Beat eggs and sugar for 1 minute, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Cook on low-med griddle until done.
